Dr. Vedula, an Assistant Professor for the Department of Cybersecurity and Information Technology, is passionate about cybersecurity research and has been an active teacher since 2011. The courses taught range from C programming, Data structures, to Computer Networks, Network Security, and Augmented and Virtual Reality. She is currently working on analyzing the efficiency and applicability of the publicly available IoT datasets for AI-based network attack detection. Vedula likes to communicate and collaborate with students to understand their perspective on the influence of LLMs in higher/university education. Additionally, she likes to explore the options to conduct sessions that bring awareness in the communities about cybersecurity and the ethical use of AI and/or LLMs.
