Abstract
Introduction: Results from the Spring 2024 National College Health Assessment indicate that students at the University of West Florida report higher rates of stress and anxiety over 12 months compared to national student data. This scoping review aims to explore the effects of mindfulness, meditation, and self-care on stress and anxiety among nursing students.This survey examined various aspects of student health, including mental health, physical health, and health behaviors.
