Bio & Expertise

Dr. Byron Havard is a Professor in the School of Education where he teaches courses in the Instructional Design and Technology undergraduate, masters, specialist, and doctoral specialization programs. Dr. Havard has nine years of corporate experience in instructional design and technology integration with AT&T, IBM, and Mitsubishi Electric. Prior to joining UWF he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Instructional Systems and Workforce Development at Mississippi State University for three years.
