Abstract
PCOS affects up to 10% of reproductive-age women (Gautam et al., 2025).
It causes anovulatory infertility linked to hormone and insulin imbalances.
Insulin resistance and obesity disrupt normal ovulation.
Lifestyle changes like diet and exercise are first-line treatments.
They improve insulin sensitivity, hormones, and reproductive health.
Non-drug strategies enhance fertility and are affordable and sustainable (Mohamed et al., 2025).
