Abstract
Electronic health records (EHRs) are the online version of a patient's health record that have the potential to streamline the clinicians workflow if standardized. Different healthcare institutions currently use a variety of EHRs. Standardization may lead to cohesive client care, less medical errors, and better client health outcomes.
