Abstract
My name is Jason Dorler, and I am a senior in the BFA Studio Art program. I make art with the intent of learning about the world around me, the nature of light and the characteristics of my chosen media (primarily printmaking). I believe this mindset lends a quiet humility to my art, one that I hope to spread to the viewer. For this project, I made a series of 8 drypoint prints focusing on still life, the figure, and portraiture.
