Automatic aluminum foil dispenser

Abstract
Through talking to salon stylists, a need was identified for an automatic aluminum foil dispenser to create custom size sheets for use in highlight and hair dye services that would save them time and resources.
Our goal is to eliminate the need for custom orders of aluminum sheets by allowing the utilization of standard store bought rolls of aluminum foil and the ability to customize the sizes for different lengths or styles of hair.
There is a high potential for expansion to other applications such as the Food industry.
Uses multiple engineering disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer.
