Abstract
Excerpt - A formulation for the relativistic Lagrangian was never given by Einstein, Lorentz, or Poincaré, but was actually derived by a number of modern authors [1, 2]. This letter discusses a misconception concerning the currently accepted formulation: it is missing an important constant of integration.
