Abstract
More than 4800 people die and more than 100,000 people are injured each year in accidents involving large trucks. Damages reach into the tens of billions of dollars annually. This Article explores empirical data that may be beneficial to both sides in large truck litigation in deciding whom to keep and whom to strike in jury selection.
