Abstract

The authors examine if restaurants can stay in business under the current COVID guidelines for social distancing. A survey of 23 restaurants strongly suggests that most restaurants will not survive unless they get help. The authors propose a program that can be developed to increase the survival rate of restaurants in a COVID restricted environment.
