Abstract
This study examines factors within the fields of Anthropology, Sociology, and Philosophy that address the structures of control and strategies of power that traditional society has enforced upon the individual as civilization. The increasing incidents of social injustice reveal the urgency for a transformation of the rigid system that the human society has followed for too long. The modern technological developments toward a more neutral oriented society show a gradual decline of the traditional system. This recent cultural phenomenon shows that modern society is motivated to look at individuals on a more impartial level than on a categorical level. This study will observe these changes involving the human body through various perspectives such as traditional structures, communal environment and individual conditions.
