Abstract

This research aims the critical need for optimizing hotel promotional video content by proposing a comprehensive 21-second video clip to replace the basic 8-second video clip version for the Surf & Sand Hotel, Pensacola Beach. The core idea is that a longer and carefully planned video can more effectively showcase the hotel's service quality and convey key brand personality traits throughout the different stages of the guest journey: pre-arrival, check-in, occupancy, check-out, and post-stay feedback.
