With the rapid development of wireless network and mobile communication technology, the research on business value of mobile information technology represented by Internet of things, cloud computing and mobile Internet has become the focus of people's attention. Especially with the development of intelligent manufacturing industry, mobile information technology is more and more widely used in enterprises. However, some enterprises blindly adopt mobile information technology, which makes the operation performance of enterprises not obvious. The reason lies in people's insufficient understanding of the factors and evaluation indicators of the impact of mobile information technology on enterprise performance. Therefore, on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis, this paper takes China's manufacturing industry as the research object, and carries out questionnaire survey through questionnaire design and measurement index design. From the four dimensions of enterprise finance, customer, management and employee, this paper studies the impact on enterprise performance, and constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise management information system on enterprise performance by using AHP, in order to provide reference for enterprises to correctly understand the impact of mobile information technology on enterprise informatization process and enterprise manufacturing capacity, so as to promote the competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry to be strengthened.
