Abstract
This design case describes the re-design of the Wise Practice Case Database which supports a hypermediaenhanced case-based learning approach in teacher preparation programs, as well as teacher professional development with good practice models of Problembased Historical Inquiry instructions. The new Case Creator is designed to provide more flexible and sustainable case development environment, and the new Case Viewer is designed to support easy access of the elements of each case in the WPCD.
