Abstract
In OTP Division issues of learner engagement in modern classrooms, LMS inability to facilitate online learning communities and teachers’ needs for more effective framework for classroom management’s hold importance for members researcher’s and practitioner’s working in these areas. The Division of ST&C examines change by studying various systems and subsystems that influence or impact organizations. Engaging in a creative conversation among these two Divisions, and the audience about important issues or challenges may bring about more sustainable change. This interdisciplinary panel of researchers and practitioners will identify problems of practice (or research) they are working on to solve, and they will identify three factors that are either enabling or constraining broader change they wish to see occur in a specific context. By combining the OTP Division thinking with STC Division perspectives we will brainstorm, with the audience, how to amplify or reconsider specific, perhaps more sustainable change from great research/practice efforts.
