Abstract

The importance of linking research results to practice is widely acknowledged but rarely implemented. Recently, an attempt was made to improve school performance by analyzing school climate and as necessary developing techniques to improve climate and thereby improve school performance at Southeast High School, a pseudonym. This paper is intended as a guide to assist working administrators in using research in school improvement projects.
