This text takes the reader through various Biblical stories and examines the four elements of management (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling) as they can be found in such examples as The Garen of Eden, Noah's Ark, the Tower of Babel, and a large number of other similar examples. The text examines managerial activity because some current managers and leaders will not put themselves in the same league as famous Biblical leaders (think Jesus, Moses, Abraham, King David, etc..) and might be intimidated by books focusing on such leaders. However, the same reader might relate to a Biblical story they have known since their childhood and when examined in light of management theory can derive insight to be a better manager today.
